We are currently experiencing downtime from Providus Bank, which is impacting mandate approval. As a result, mandates are not being approved after users send the N50 activation fee.
Please note that this issue is from the bank directly, and we are actively working with the NIBSS team to resolve it. In the meantime, mandate creation for Providus Bank has been temporarily disabled.
Debit processing remains unaffected and continues to operate normally.
