We are currently experiencing a downtime with Fidelity Bank, which is affecting mandate approvals. As a result, mandates are not being approved after users send the N50 authorization fee.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide an update once the service is restored. In the meantime, we recommend using Paystack Titan as the destination account for authorization transfers.
